Stayed at Dinham hotel for Friday and Saturday night. My partner and I had seen the hotel years ago and had always wanted to stay. It’s a beautiful Georgian building as encompasses the highly reguarded Elliott’s Restaurant. Dinham Hall also has beautifully kept gardens totally

Thank you for your comments which are totally unfair and litigious. As discussed, the event was booked on the terms agreed of a minuimum number guests to attend which was substantially reduced lst minute. Furthermore, the terms agreed required that we would cater for the total number of guests attending the event and the minimum number required. However, you confirmed the number of guests to attend reduced considerably 3 days prior the event, and requested food for 50% of the guests ONLY, which would geopardise our reputation and quality of service we aim to provide. In this instance, we felt that the number catered for is not suitable and would damage our reputation as guests would feel that the food supplied would be insufficient. The Hotel provides excellent service, and we deliver quality and professionalism on a daily basis, and in this instance, the event would have been of poor quality and below our standards of service, and the event was cancelled by the manager, and we certainly do NOT respond to rudeness or verbal abuse whatever the circunstances. In any event, we cater for the number of guests attending, NOT for 50% of the guests (Hoping to feed all the guests on a cheap budget and only paying for half of them!!!???) We made the right decision. We refunded your £50.00 deposit. Best regards F METZO Manager

Thought we'd treat ourselves for a night away. Sadly this pace is overrated. The bed was a super king (2 singles zipped together) which had a big ridge up the middle where the 2 mattresses met and unfortunately the bed has been made up with a king size duvet, so spent most of

Stayed over Christmas for two nights with my dog. The hotel itself is beautiful and the interior is in keeping with the age of the building. Because I took my dog (£15 per night for deep cleaning) we were given the Garden room which was warm and had all the usual amenities,

Thank you for your review, we are pleased that you found the hotel beautiful and enjoyed the feel and ambiance of the house... As you say, the staff is attentive and helpful and always aiming to please, and we would have been more than eager to assist you with your lugagge if requested. The Christmas Break rates are competitive but more expensive for single traveller as the cost of the room remains the same, however the food is tasty and we receive many commanding feedback from guests. Drinks and all extras are additional to the room rate as expected.

I stayed at Dinham hall with my mother as our treat just before Christmas. Elegant surroundings, just the type of antiquey old style furnishings that suit this type of hotel. Huge Christmas tree as well!. The view out of my bedroom window was just so relaxing looking out over

is there safe car-parking ?
Yes. There's a fairly large gravel car park in the hotel walled grounds accessed through gates from the road. Gates aren't shut at night as far as I know but it seems perfectly secure
