Corner House is a must, don’t hesitate book now. Beautiful thatched cottage in stunning gardens and so peaceful. The hosts are so welcoming and can’t do enough for you. Marina in an amazing cook. Homemade biscuits, granola, jams to name a few. We will definitely go back, hopefully for longer. Lots to do and see in the local area.

Enjoyed a two night stay at this wonderful B&B in the Green Room. The hosts are welcoming and friendly. The breakfasts are excellent with home made breads, jams and treats. The room and spacious bathroom is immaculate, beautifully furnished, and decorated. Bathrobes, tea tray with home made biscuits, and quality bed linens provide a touch of luxury. Loved everything.

What a find!! Martyn and Marina made us so welcome. The cottage was beautiful set in a lovely location and the garden was very peaceful to sit in. Our roon was comfortable and cleaned to the highest of standards. We could see all sorts of birds feeding in the garden from our room, including woidpeckers, which was charming. As hosts they were helpful, giving us advise on where to visit for good days out and places to eat. And the food, was something else. Breakfasts were so good, with homemade bread, granola and jams. The cooked breakfast was quality local food, and you could tell. Marina cooked us two evening meals which were amazing. As good as any 5star hotel. Fantastic stay, thank you Martyn & Marina for your hospitality. 😊😊 Jayne & Jeff

My partner booked our three night stay while we attended the showjumping at the Chard Equestrian Centre. I usually make the bookings, so didn’t know what to expect. The access roads/lanes are very narrow. We arrived late afternoon and were met by Martyn, who offered us tea and homemade cake in the beautiful garden. He explained their COVID rules and introduced us to their cat Morris! We were given the ‘Blue’ room on the top floor. Our bathroom was just next door with bath and shower. The whole cottage was very clean, neat and tidy. This is the best B&B I have ever stayed in. Martyn & Marina have decorated their cottage to a lovely high standard. Nothing seems too much trouble for them to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Breakfast was amazing. We will certainly book again. What a lovely couple. Thank you for an enjoyable three days, Ron & Anna
