We had a wonderful stay at Three Abbey Green. Nikki, Allen and Sue (sorry about the spelling!) we're fantastic hosts, supplying us with everything we needed for our 2 night stay in Bath. We travelled with a 6 month old and it was so refreshing to have hosts who were so accommodating and thrilled to have a baby staying! There...

I took my boyfriend here as a surprise trip for his birthday. We stayed one night. Three Abbey Green is such a beautiful little B&B, set on four floors, in the middle of a quaint courtyard. It is quite literally around the corner from the Abbey. We stayed in the Old Plane Tree room on the top floor and it...

A stone's through from the Roman Baths, the Abbey and the Thermae Spa. Superb location for a short break to this wonderful city. More akin to staying in a private house, than a hotel where guests are looked after like friends. All the rooms are very different given that this is a former Georgian townhouse.

We booked in for three nights arriving on new years day. I can honestly say this is one of the best places I have ever stayed. Our room, the Nelson room, is fantastic, 4 poster bed, loads of space, great bathroom. Sue, who has looked after us, is so lovely and helpful. She suggested a good range of restaurants for...

We are a young couple and have now stayed at Abbey Green three times. What first attracted us was the central location, which does not disappoint as it is situated a stones throw from the Abbey and Roman Baths. We have stayed in two of the seven rooms and would recommend both of them! But especially "The Old Plane Tree"...

We have visited Bath on many occasions and normally stay for 2 nights however this time we only had the 1 night so staying at Three Abbey Green was perfect due to its very central location. The staff at Three Abbey Green were very helpful, they couldn't do enough during our stay and happily obliged with dietry requirements. The rooms...

Wow, what a fantastic place to stay. Right in the heart of Bath, with the Christmas market right on the doorstep. We had a lovely stay, great hosts and lovely large room overlooking the square. Absolutely Perfect, see you next year.

Cannot praise this guest house enough from the directions in finding them before you leave, to the warm welcome you receive whe you arrive, comfortable rooms, great breakfast, free computer service and the absolute fantastic location - you couldn't be any closer to the heart of Bath! We stayed here on a Tuesday to visit the Christmas markets and will...

My wife and I stayed here for the first weekend of the xmas market, we stayed in the ground floor room, which was perfect as I was on crutches due to a broken ankle. The newly refurb bathroom with lights on sensors and a walk in shower, was perfect for some less able, no climbing over things or going up...

Finding ourselves in Bath last week we fell in love with the city and decided to stay overnight. We found Three Abbey Green, as we strolled through the ancient streets near to the Abbey and Roman Baths. Situated in an idyllic little square with the most beautiful 200 year old tree, we felt fortunate to discover that there was room...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Three Abbey Green is a Four Star Gold Award guest house, hidden away in a quiet cobbled square in the heart of central Bath. A stone's throw from the Abbey and Roman Baths, everything you could wish to see is on your doorstep. A leisurely walk to the Royal Crescent and King's Circus takes in an eclectic mix of boutique, independent and big-name shops, street performers and stunning Georgian architecture along the way. And when you get there, don't forget to visit the Assembly Rooms - ladies, no visit would be complete without trying on a corset and crinoline at the Fashion Museum. Whether you're here to relax at the Thermae Bath Spa, take in a little culture at the Theatre Royal, or shout yourself hoarse in support of your team at the Bath Rugby ground, Three Abbey Green is ideally situated for everything Bath has to offer.A Grade 2 listed building, parts of which date back to 1689, the main house has seven rooms (including two large suites ideal for families or groups), each with its own character and unique charm. Period features such as original fireplaces and wood panelled walls fit comfortably with tasteful contemporary furnishings. Greet the morning with an award winning breakfast, packed full of local produce. Don't worry if you have dietary needs - we can meet them all, given a little notice! As part of our commitment to expanding upon the service we currently provide, we are extending our award-winning bed and breakfast, Three Abbey Green, into the beautiful Georgian maisonette next door (which was once Four Abbey Green apartment). We also have a beautiful one bedroom self catering apartment, Abbey View, if you would prefer to cater for yourselves. ... more   less
