Lovely guest house, beautifully decorated throughout. My mum and I shared the attic twin room and the beds were really comfortable. The owner was particularly helpful in finding a spare sheet and blanket for my mum who does like duvets! Location is only 10 minute walk from historic centre of Bath and very close to the Royal Crescent. I would...

Couldn't ask for much more in terms of location, 5mins from centre of Bath. Newly refurbished and very clean, with good breakfast and helpful staff. No on site parking which was a disappointment but resident permit system worked OK!

House was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Room was very comfortable. Host was extremely friendly and helpful. Berakfast was five star and freshly cooked in the breakast room where we sat. Good ambience and thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Good quality B&B, recently (tastefully) redecorated, so spotless. Feather duvets and pillows, fresh cotton linen, thick fluffy bath towels and complimentary toiletries. We got a text on the day confirming our booking and on arrival was warmly welcomed by Monika who also gave us a map of Bath and tips on where to visit. Very well located, within easy walking...

Location ideal for the Royal Crescent and Herschel museum just a few mins walk away. Approx 10-15 mins walk into town centre. We had a back bedroom lovely clean and quiet. Monika is lovely and helpful and her cooked breakfast was fab! Would definitely recommend.

Thank you once again everyone for another fabulous stay. An amazing room, so comfortable and three days of relaxing. It's so close to town and a couple of lovely pubs that even though I was on my own I felt at ease. Breakfasts were super as always thank you, I look forward to returning very very soon x

Had email and text on the day with welcome message and useful info about local restaurants. The building is on the main road and my satnav didn't recognise "Crescent Gardens" as it's not a separate road. However it's still easy to find and there is parking round the corner. I asked for a parking permit and was given one when...

Everything was great - this place is slightly further out from the centre but really not far - maybe a 10 minute walk in. The room was clean and big enough - it had everything we needed. There was enough choice for breakfast too. Recommended!

Lovely place to stay central to Everything. Attention to detail for there customers is A* from the cleanliness to the comfortable beds and sheets to the little extras like the Mince Pies and Sherry left in the front room every night. They go just that bit further than most places to make you feel at home snd comfortable. Staff Very...

Stayed here last year when visiting the Christmas markets and really enjoyed it so chose to stay at this year. As clean, comfortable and friendly as last year. Nice good breakfast and helpful staff. Texts and emails received a day or two before checking if we needed anything and to advise us re parking etc.
