Dear Giacomo, My adult daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you at 2 Crescent Gardens. Our sleeping area for 3 was absolutely perfect..everything so clean and fresh. You were so generous with your time describing various attraction locations as well as being so kind to give us a 'lift' when we were rushing to the Roman Baths..(easily walked...

I have stayed a number of times here and have booked again for an upcoming trip in a few months, this time with my wife, as I usually stay during a break from business trips in London. Although once my wife sees the quality of this place I may never be able to claim work is tough going ever again....

Very clean and comfortable beds, friendly staff. Its location is slightly far from the very city centre (though we had no problem to walk down), and the bus stop going to Bristol airport is 3 min. away. Breakfast was well done, lovely quality to start a day.

This is a fantastic guest house. The decor is smart and plush. The rooms are very comfitable, clean and tidy. Great bed and slept really well. The staff are really helpful and friendly. This was such a great place to stay which felt as comfitable as being at home but only 10 minutes easy, flat walk into the city centre. The...

Stayed for 2 nights over the weekend and had a very pleasant, welcoming and relaxing stay. Really clear and quick communication prior to arriving to ensure someone was there on our arrival. Spotless clean building and room. Everything appeared brand new and freshly painted. Lovely touch to have breakfast cooked fresh in front of you - the granola and compote...

After a long trip from USA, we really enjoyed the king size bed in the 2nd floor, front suite. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, fresh and nicely appointed. The location turned out great since we could walk to all of the major sites and downtown. We walked from the train station on arrival and then Uber was a help...

What a great last minute find in Bath! We arrived 10 minutes after booking to a warm welcome from Giacomo. Our room overlooking the main road was spacious, quiet, modern, spotless and light. With parking across the road for £5/day with a permit for our length of stay, it was very convenient to walk to the main city centre, Botanical...

Lovely guest house, beautifully decorated throughout. My mum and I shared the attic twin room and the beds were really comfortable. The owner was particularly helpful in finding a spare sheet and blanket for my mum who does like duvets! Location is only 10 minute walk from historic centre of Bath and very close to the Royal Crescent. I would...

Couldn't ask for much more in terms of location, 5mins from centre of Bath. Newly refurbished and very clean, with good breakfast and helpful staff. No on site parking which was a disappointment but resident permit system worked OK!
