Such a beautiful hotel. We stayed in Room 2 which is very nice. Very good service and very clean. Breakfast was delightful with a fresh fruit option included. Various themes of the cooked breakfast available plus smoked salmon and scrambled eggs . Would definitely visit here again

Such a beautiful hotel. The executive suite was incredible, good service, very clean and the breakfast was exquisite. Can't wait to visit again! Staff were helpful in organising gifts for my birthday upon arrival, including 30 balloons! Thanks for making my 30th birthday so special.

We had a fantastic 4 night stay at Bathen house and would recommend and stay here again. Upon arrival the team were suggesting restaurants and were booking reservations for us. Sometimes things go wrong and sadly our bath tap was broken but the reception team moved our room while it was being fixed overnight. Once it was fixed the team moved our luggage back while we were out. We loved the facilities here, our only gripe was it was very hot and it would have been amazing to have air con but on the other hand, we loved having a fridge full of water, cans of pop and some sweets. Thanks for making our staycation great!

We received a complimentary room upgrade which was beautiful. It was located underneath the hotel, which felt tucked away from the rest of the hotel. The room itself was decorated beautifully and was plenty of space for us both to feel like a king & queen. Our only minor gripe was how blisteringly hot the room was. We had been left a fan in the room, but this did little to nothing to actually cool us down. After 8pm there were no staff to be found, so I had to find some ice in the main hotel, in an attempt to keep us from getting too hot. Other than this, the room was quiet and the bed was large & comfortable. Bath itself is a gorgeous city with plenty to see and do. We’d definitely recommend staying at Bathen House 😁

We had a lovely stay after rebooking after last years’ Covid cancellation. The hotel was lovely, nicely presented and clean. The staff were very attentive and genuine. Breakfast was really tasty as was our evening meal. The only things stopping us giving 5 stars are: 1) too many fake flowers-a few real ones or plants would have been much nicer and in keeping with the quality of the hotel; 2) Air con- as our room was very warm. Fan was provided but not the same. 3) it’s a little bit too far out of the centre but on the plus side- we got a bit more exercise! Thanks for a really lovely stay and thanks to the hardworking and lovely staff.
