Having visited and stayed at Bath over many years, 17 Lansdown Crescent stands out and is truly superb. An extremely elegant townhouse made real by its charming owners. The booking process was really easy and excellent communication with Rebecca meant that our party of 9 had a great stay. All rooms were well appointed. Never have we been made to...

Superb place to stop for a break in bath. Would highly recommend it. No ordinary B & B. You get to stay in a grade 1 listed building with lots of original features & get a whole floor to yourselves. If you stay in the basement you even get a snooker room. The place is spotless & a very nice...

The house provides an excellent opportunity to stay in one of Bath's wonderful crescents within walking distance of the City Centre. It is a family home and all the better for it. The rooms are generous and peaceful and a variety of breakfasts can provided if you ask. A parking permit is available for your stay and that's a big...

I booked this as a birthday gift for my wife and the quality of stay certainly did not disappoint. We walked to the house from the station (around 25 minutes walk) with one decent hill at the end. Was a lovely walk on a crisp December evening though. Communication with Rebecca beforehand was excellent and she was a wonderful host...

My husband and I arrived in Bath on what was the busiest weekend ever and didn't book anywhere to stay as we thought it wouldn't be bad. 17 Lansdowne was recommended to my husband by another lady just as we were getting ready to head back to London. We were lucky enough to have called and ask if there were...

We enjoyed a really lovely weekend at 17 Lansdown Crescent. An absolutely beautiful house, wonderful hosts and delicious breakfast. Rebecca could not have been more helpful. Could not fault it at all and would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

This is what a B&B should be like. The rooms (and whole house) were huge, tastefully furnished, clean and uncluttered, and had personality that hotels just can't offer. Shower was excellent and the views across Bath were top. Breakfast was a great range of hot and cold, cooked by both mother and daughter. I believe the daughter is actually a...

I paid for my Ex Daughter in law and partner to have a w/e away, Researched and found what we thought was a gem of a place. They were excited and phoned when they arrived and said it was a beautiful house. They went out for the evening, got back at 2 in the morning to find they were locked...

The building and rooms were beautiful and the owner was helpful, but she made constant snide remarks, gave us dirty looks and accused myself and my husband of stealing! Rude. Such a rude judgemental horrible woman.
