We had a wonderful stay in Bath, and the Queensberry was exactly what we needed: cozy, elegant and with very helpful staff. Our room was very large and comfortable, and the two tea rooms were delightful.

This hotel is on a relatively quiet street but within a minute's walk of the Assembly Rooms and a very short walk into Bath town centre. It is very handy for drivers too, with a valet parking service. The hotel staff are hugely welcoming and cannot help enough. The rooms are nice and make the most of the hotel's Georgian...

Had the pleasure of staying here for a night over the Christmas period, the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are stunning. The hotel's location is perfect, in the peace and quiet but only a 5-10 minute walk into town. Staff were great and really made us feel welcome, the hotel itself feels like home, except a much more luxurious...

We stayed for two nights and found it to be lovely. Very comfortable and large room. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the main sights of bath. Would recommend the restaurant too. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

Conveniently located for the wonders of beautiful Bath, this hotel offers some nice touches to its guests - a warm drawing room, a cute bar and a very professional staff. But the stair carpets attest to the need for some love and attention to the fabric of the place. They are frayed and showing signs of age and the smaller...

Good polite service. We stayed in room 5 which was far too hot even though there were no radiators on we had to keep the widows open. I think the room must be directly above the kitchens or the heating boilers. The furniture in the room was tired and the pillows were like lead. I did request a soft pillow...

Very warm and welcoming and a bit query! Comfy sitting room where you sit by a fire and help yourself to tea or coffee at any time with newspapers and magazines around, just like home. Good bed with nice linen. Just a nice warm feel about the hotel and on arrival they park your car for you. A great place...

My girlfriend and I spent two days in bath which was lovely, we went to the bath Thermae Spa which was even more fantastic. The hotel was clean, had character and nice rooms, spent one night there which was £120ish - 10 mins walking distance from the centre of town. Very good customer service.

Paid £125 for room only. Our room faced another building so you had to keep the blinds closed in the room and the bathroom. Every floorboard creaked loudly, our bathroom was down a set of stairs within the room so no good for anyone with mobility issues. When we checked out we were then charged a hotel service surcharge -...
