This place was booked at the last minute on our way into Bath. We had no idea what to expect and were very pleasantly surprised! We arrived early evening and were brought into the lounge where the owner talked to us about the area and gave us recommendations of where to eat as we hadn't had dinner yet. We inspected...

Lovely place! Spotlessly clean, friendly owners, tasteful decor, wonderful proximity to city centre, quiet street, comfy bed, excellent night sleep. Highly recommend. Breakfast very tasty too. We were a young couple on a mini-break and it was ideal.

Brock's Guest House was just what we were looking for during our Winter break in early December. It was within easy walking distance to the centre of Bath, the historical sights and the Christmas market. The guest house is set between The Circus and The Crescent and is a Georgian house which has been sensitively decorated according to the period it...

Friendly host, great location, beautiful city! Only stayed here for one night with my wife, but we were made to feel like we were staying for longer. excellent breakfast and couldn't ask for more really. Roman pool and Thermae spa are well worth the entry cost.

we stayed here for one night to visit Bath and the xmas market. The B&B is run by a very friendly and professional couple, extremely helpful and accomodating. The location is just on the edge of the city centre between the circus and the royal crescent, within a few minutes from everywhere else you want to be and has a...

Firstly, the Guest House is in a really excellent location (between the Circus and the Royal Crescent) with a wealth of lovely restaurants nearby and only a couple of minutes walk from the centre. It's also a stone's throw away from the Costume Museum and Assembly Rooms. The Guesthouse itself is spotlessly clean, and the room we stayed in was...

We stayed for three nights in the first week of October 2012 and we couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. The only thing that I would change is to have stayed in Bath for a few more nights. There was more to see and do in Bath than we knew before we planned the trip. Brocks is on...

After our annual trip to Bath for Christmas shopping and fantastic restaurants, glad to say Brocks as good as ever, in fact better than last few years. Under new ownership, delighted to meet the new hosts who are obviously very committed to improving what is already a lovely guest house. In a fantastic location, the Royal Crescent is at the...
