This place is really special. From the polite and friendly welcome the owners could not have done more to make the stay comfortable. Tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and a fantastic breakfast. I cannot rate highly enough.

The hotel is a georgian house, very well located in town, close to Pulteney Bridge: by walking, less than 5 minutes to the thermae spa, the Roman Baths, the gardens and less than 15 minutes to the Royal Crescent. My room was big enough, very comfortable, quiet, with a fabulous view on the town; nothing was lacking in the bathroom....
