My colleague and I arrived last night around 7pm, check-in was quick and all looked good. Rooms are small, but nice, with modern touches. A quick unpack and we meet up in the main bar, which is on left as you enter the lobby. We decided to eat and both selected the same, sirloin steak cooked medium rare with mushroom...

Stayed here for half term. Great size double double room with sofa bed too. Spotless throughout the hotel, friendly professional staff. Good breakfast buffet if included in your package price. Dinner menu fairly standard bistro fare and ok but if we had the choice again we would have chosen to opt out of the dinner package and eat elsewhere as...

We stopped over night for a quick break and visit to Bath. The hotel is good and convenient for the city. The room was clean and large enough. The staff were in the main friendly and helpful. Only negatives was the shower lacked oomph and parking is in the public car park nearby for which there is an extra charge.

Great service and ideally located within the city. Good value for money and the breakfast was of excellent quality, additional requests were accommodated especially at breakfast. We asked for a room that overlooked the river and that is what we got. The room was a good size as was the ensuite. We will definitely return in the future.

Very pleasant, helpful staff. Room very comfortable and very clean. Great location and able to park below the hotel for two days/one night for £17.50. Breakfast was fine, however some items on the buffet were nowhere near hot enough and one four slice toaster (extremely slow) is not sufficient for a dining room of this size. However we still would...

Weekend getaway to discover Bath and Stonehenge, great location to the Roman baths, and city centre and a ten minute walk from Bath Spa railway station. Our room had a view of the river, would not use the restaurant again, service way too slow.

We had the most delightful afternoon tea, the sandwiches were light with a good amount of tasty fillings, there was a variety of cakes and scones cream and jam, we had a glass of prosecco with ours, staff were very attentive.
