Really enjoyable stay at the Francis. The rooms were stylish yet comfortable and the staff couldn’t do enough to help. Central location close to a number of lovely cafes, restaurants and all the usual sights. I would happily stay at the Francis again.

Really enjoyed our night here. Staff excellent, lovely welcoming fruit plate and chocolates. Beds super comfortable, quiet room. We used the bar which was really enjoyable, good atmosphere, service with quality and choice of drinks. Only thing to improve on was the cleanliness of room, some cobwebs and dust but bathroom was spotless.

Great hotel and friendly attentive staff. This was our second time at the hotel. The first, we had a feature room which was excellent in size etc. The second time we went for a standard double. Lovely room but not overly spacious if you have lots of bags etc. However we enjoyed our stay so much we have just re-booked and this time we have chosen the feature room again.

Very good service at reception. We were early but got our room straight away. Room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed . Our sink was a bit blocked . Told reception and it was sorted immediately. Breakfast was good but could have used hot plates as food cooled quickly . Evening meal was good , with good service. Bar was nice but could take a while to get served . Stall all friendly. Checkout was quick and easy . Lots of parking but was £20 a day .
