Just enjoyed a two night stay in this excellent hotel. The location is brilliant right in the heart of the city and just a few minutes stroll to all the main attractions. Car parking is a real bonus and whilst not cheap is really worth...More
We loved this hotel!!
The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Our room was located on the back of the hotel, so there was no noise. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was new and updated.
The staff were courteous and accommodating.

There is a square facing the hotel and large public car park on the far side of the square. You will need to go left and then first right. Don’t know the cost sorry. To be honest I’ve never failed to be able to park at The Francis - if you wait 5 mins someone usually leaves :-)
I didn’t see any pets in the hotel. It didn’t seem to me to be somewhere to take a pet. I’m not sure I would take my dog to Bath as a destination though. Not much scope for them to come with you into anywhere in town
