We booked a stay here after receiving a gift voucher from a relative early in the year - both of us were keen to explore Bath and this seemed like the perfect place to stay. The hotel itself is a grand building, in keeping with the rest of Bath and has off road parking. We were greeted in a friendly...

My wife and I spent just the one night here a couple of weeks ago and couldn't be more satisfied with all aspects of this small boutique hotel. From the welcome on reception (hi Nick), to the comfort and cleanliness of the room with well stocked bathroom, the welcoming afternoon champagne tea, to the excellent freshly cooked breakfast the following...

Booked this hotel through Travelzoo and were not disappointed. Beautiful boutique hotel away from the hustle & bustle of the city centre, yet a short and convenient bus journey away. We had a fabulous superior four poster room with stunning views, tastefully decorated to match the property with a modern en-suite shower room. The deal included a bottle of Champagne...

Another review based on the travel zoo deal - really hard to fault at this price. Good location - with free parking , short drive into Bath, Small room, with shower not bath. Charming hotel, Decor dated but perfectly matches the Georgian style. Not going to suit if you prefer a corporate brand hotel! Very helpful staff. Good breakfast. A...

Bailbrook Lodge is a small hotel on the outskirts of Bath but easily walkable. The Travelzoo deal is really amazing. It included afternoon tea with Prosecco, Champagne in the room, wonderful breakfast and 3 course a la carte lunch at the sister hotel in Bath (The Royal). The staff at both business's are very helpful and friendly, food is quite...

Stayed here on an offer weekend which was great value for money. This is a very characterful hotel and all of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a very comfortable and clean room, the breakfast was excellent. With a very regular and cheap bus service to just outside, the hotel is very well situated for a visit...

We booked a superior room with a four poster bed but the decor was in urgent need of an update. I can't believe it has a 4 star rating. Our toilet was broken, the curtains by the bed were stained and my cooked breakfast was cold. The quality of the afternoon tea was dreadful......cheap bread and with hardly any fillings....

I was very saddened to read that you left Bailbrook Lodge less than satisfied.
