The downstairs rooms are very cosy and nicely decorated for Christmas. Our bedroom was at the back of the hotel so we had no view of anything! The heating was switched off but it was so warm in the room we had to open the bathroom window( the bedroom one wouldn't budge). The bathroom big and clean. The food was...

Visited this hotel on many occasions before. Had a room with great views over Bath; food excellent and staff friendly. New restaurant staff meant that service was lacking but was rectified after it was highlighted with management. Park and Ride bus very local to hotel and an excellent way to get to the annual Christmas Market

Thought chandelier in dining area was decorated for halloween however it was cobwebs gathering naturally. Staff were friendly and very efficient and food good. Would recommend ans stay here again
