Excellent location for a 45 minute stroll into Bath along the towpath or a quick walk to the pub. Pitches are small which is ok for couples but I wouldnt take my dogs or children. On our last day, we had finished packing up the caravan and I needed to wash my hands and use the toilet. The toilets/showers by...

Fantastic location for Bath & Bristol with a bus close by. Walk along the canal to 2 nice pubs both of which do food, or walk in to Bath-about 45 minutes. The site staff are super friendly & helpful. Pitches are a bit cramped but okay. However the toilet & shower blocks were pretty grim. One lot are being redone...

Great location for sightseeing, walking etc... But really worn out. Needs money and lots of it spending on replacing the tired and worn out toilet blocks. The fees charged should easily cover this! Friendly site and nice atmosphere though. Shame, could be great otherwise.

Whilst staying at the campsite the toilets were not very clean and smelly! It is a shame because the campsite is very convenient for the park and ride into bath city centre. The campsite is in need of some updating it is looking a bit tired

We spent two nights here in February. The pitches are all hard standing, with EHU and TV hook up. We were very pleased, especially when we had problems with the TV hook up and were offered two alternative pitches. The site is quiet, easy to find and has a good pub close by. The Marina and riverside location make for...

Stayed here in January 2017 and have to say our review will be a bit like some of the others on here. PLUS POINTS; Excellent location, two mile walk into Bath along the river, or the old railway line. On the bus route, stops just outside the site, and during the day busses very regular, in fact the park and...

Spent six days here for the amazing Christmas Market in Bath. The site is ideally situated for a pleasant stroll along the riverbank into Bath and is also adjacent to the main Bath to Bristol bus route. However the pitches are ridiculously close together, the showers are too few and poorly maintained. It is off putting to see hazard warning...

The campsite was easy to find, we drove straight in and pulled up at the roundabout outside the reception area. We were met by a lovely guy with a beard who was very chatty and happy and we even got offered a chocolate, it was a great welcome. The pitches were all hard standing and large, very well set out...

Great location alongside River Avon and pathway and close to park and ride bus route. Had a lovely welcome from warden and were quickly on pitch. Typical winter conditions - bit wet and windy but ideal spot for our Bath visit. The site was very busy but everyone friendly enough and you get the impression that they get many short...

The campsite is brilliantly positioned for either the park and ride or a cycle into the city centre. The pitches are sound and well spaced. However, the shower / toilet blocks are in urgent need of repair and renovation. The showers are no more than a dribble and take ages before any warm water appears.
