Very warm and comfortable. Easy walking time into town centre. Very good breakfast. The main attraction was being able to park there at a time that all car parks and even the park & ride were full. It was very cold when we were there but the hotel was very nice andf warm. We will return for our next theatre...

Great guest house, very close to town, only 10 minutes walk to all amenities. Had a great stay during the Christmas Market. Very friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable room with on suite bathroom, and breakfast was very good.

My daughters and I enjoyed a brilliant girls weekend together. Very comfortable room and delicious breakfasts each morning. Really friendly family staff, who seemed genuinely interested in what we had done, even though I'm sure they had heard the same many times before! We will definitely stay again. Thanks .

Stayed for 2 nights with friends. We had the basement twin room and our friends had a small double room. We were both very happy with our rooms which were comfortable, clean, and good facilities. There was a comfortable sitting room for customers to use, and the dining room clean, and well organised dealing with breakfast time. Good choices for...

Nice big 4-poster bedroom in the building at the back of the property. Had our own front door. Steep narrow stairs if anyone has mobility issues. Lovely choice at breakfast. And a great cup of tea. Just a short walk in to the city of Bath. Would definitely stay there again.

This is the second time my mum & I have stayed here for the Bath Christmas Market. I made a big mistake & booked Weds/Thurs night in error, but I received a polite e-mail from Valentina late Weds night to see if everything was ok. I called in a flap Thursday morning, as I realised my error, & they couldn't...

Expensive, tired, noisy (trains and paper thin walls/ceiling - nocturnal bedroom activity from the room above) and smelly, with v odd interior decoration (not remotely representative of the Victorian era, as per the owners' claim), at least 10 mins walk to the centre (not '5 mins'). Skipped breakfast 8-9am (not 9.15am). No heat in small shower room. Couldn't face a...

Thank you for your review of your stay with us. We always investigate any causes of guests' unhappiness during their stay. Booking by telephone or email always gets the best price if a family room is booked for less occupants than intended. The room was booked online for 3 occupants and the price was correct at £145p night, which is...

Stayed for a two day break, had a basement room which was both warm, clean and spacious, with a good sized bathroom, the property is just a 10 minute walk from Bath Abbey and the central amenities. The property was having a new kitchen fitted, but still managed to produce a really top notch breakfast, full marks to the cook....

I stayed here with my daughter for a weekend break to visit the Thernae Spa and see the sights. It was easy to find and the room was warm and clean. There was plenty of space for parking outside. We shared the twin room in the annex and we had a shower room. The room was small and cosy and...
