Excellent stay with my two daughters, very comfortable beds, convenient to Bath centre and lovely breakfast with a vast choice. Family run who were very hospitable and informative. I would highly recommend this B&B.

Pulteney House [we had four poster room 5] exceeded our expectations. My wife and I loved the historical atmosphere, period decor, attention to detail, the friendly staff, and the excellent breakfast. Choose Pulteney House because: - Literally 10 minutes walk' via North Parade to tourist info in heart of Bath and 13 minutes's walk to Thermae Bath Spa [Highly recommended]...

My room was a single which was very small but the bed was comfortable.Being about a 10 minute walk to the centre it is very well placed. Only thing stopping me giving it 5 stars is that the breakfast room I think does need a make over otherwise it's a great place in every respect to stay !

I booked Pulteney House because it is15mins walk from the city centre, and the price was very reasonable. The great bonuses were a very friendly and helpful welcome, a very comfortable and pleasant room, with en suite, and a great breakfast. I needed to arrive and park in time for an afternoon appointment in town in the early afternoon, which...

I booked two twin rooms and the beds were amazing, very comfy and the room is a good size. Lovely hosts as well. Parking is great as it is onsite. The breakfast was good as well, freshly made upon ordering it. The B&B is about 5-10 minute walk so it is close to the centre but just far away enough...

Nice place. Very good breakfasts. My room was the cheapest option and a bit on the small side with no ensuite, but nicely decorated and a comfortable bed. A mile or so walk to the city center. Friendly staff.
