We stayed for one night. The room was clean and comfortable but shower room very small, with nowhere to put toothbrush etc. apart from a shelf behind the toilet cistern, which wouldn't have been hygienic! The lounge was very cosy and comfortable and we enjoyed a drink from the little bar before bed. There was an excellent choice at breakfast...

This b&b is delightful. Very old fashioned, very homelike. The establishment is actually two old houses, pushed together. For that reason there are two separate staircases which adds character. We stayed in a classic queen sized bedroom which was lovely, though the bathroom was perhaps smaller than I expected. The bathroom lacks a bath and the shower was a little...

Nice clean rooms. big bathroom.. the only down side was no draws to put clothes in if you are staying for a few days. breakfast was good. Only 10 minute walk into town. Is on a hill so great walking down not to steep walking back good exercise for walking off your evening meal.

We had such a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, our room was perfect, the breakfast was outstanding and the customer service was excellent. Our room looked over the garden and you could see the town of Bath. It was perfect and the sunset was so beautiful. We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel!

A lovely break very friendly staff great breakfast , a bit of a climb back from city, the car parking spaces were too few for the amount of bedrooms had to park on the road on my first nights stay and the reason I chose the hotel was because it said they had parking !!! Still a lovely place to...

I have stayed at this hotel before, a couple years ago. The location chosen as being local to the Royal Photographic Society HQ to attend an event there. Comfortable and friendly hotel and staff. Good B&B facilities, good shower. Breakfast good (except day 1 Bacon was hard - avoided day 2). Single room facilities Ok - even a coat hook...

Very helpful staff, and good breakfast choices. The food was very nice, and the staff couldn't do enough to help you. We had a four poster bed, which seemed quite high off the floor (not that I've slept on one before!), and was very comfortable.

Delightful location not far from the city centre with private car parking, enthusiastic and interested staff, and excellent cooked vegetarian breakfast for me. I had a very comfortable en-suite room on the top floor with views out across the city to the west and north. It was very good value too.
