We stayed here for a couple of days, lovely old building, central location, everything in walking distance. The staff were friendly, rooms were lovely, very clean, beds were so comfortable. Good selection for breakfast, staff couldn't do enough for you. Would definitely stay here again.

I have just returned from Bath, where I stayed at this guesthouse with some friends. We booked it through Groupon, and the deal turned out to be excellent value for money. The Ayrlington is very central, about a 15 minutes walk from the station and 10 from the centre of Bath. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was...

Excellent location which is 10 minutes walk from the hotel to the main centre of town. The bedrooms, the lounge and dining areas are clean and beautifully decorated with superb facilities. The service from all of the staff - from reception, bar and breakfast staff is awesome. Nothing is too much trouble and we were treated respectfully and with great...

My wife and I stayed for two nights at the Ayrlington, which is conveniently located for access to Bath City Centre. I would say it's ten minutes flat walk one way and maybe a little longer via Pulteney Bridge. I would recommend the Roman Baths as well worth a visit, and there are plenty of shops and other tourist attractions...

This hotel is outstanding, value for money, beautiful room(Zen) champagne, chocolate and a basket of fruit, with breakfast and late checkout was a bargain for a Groupon voucher which I thought might give me a basic package but not with this lovely hotel. The room was plush, with quality fittings and fixtures, a beautiful bathroom and a lovely red maple...

Built of golden Bath stone, The Ayrlington is a large and handsome English Heritage listed building set in a splendid walled oriental garden with exceptional views of the City and its medieval Abbey. Bath's magnificent historic sites, speciality shops and excellent restaurants are all just a five minutes level stroll away. The Ayrlington's elegant and tranquil interior is a graceful blend of English and Asian antiques, artwork, fine fabrics and Egyptian cotton bedlinen - all 18 bedrooms have an individual theme and are beautifully furnished, some with four poster beds. The emphasis is on creating an atmosphere of peace and tranquility in the centre of Bath's vibrant city centre. The Ayrlington has a licensed residents' bar, secure on-site private parking and is entirely non smoking. We do not accept children under 5 years of age.
