My wife & I visited for three nights over the weekend and have only good things to say. The hotel is perfectly located, with all the main sites, bars & restaurants within short walking distance - there's even a great pub (Raven) and superb gin bar directly opposite. The hotel's parking spaces are only a couple of minutes' walk away....

The room was very well-appointed, spacious and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the breakfast was extremely good. The hotel is situated very close to all shops and places of interest. The hotel had reserved a parking space in a nearby public carpark and there we left it throughout our stay, as everything was accessible on...

Excellent location in the centre of Bath. The car parking was not outside, but was only a short walk away. We stayed in the city apartment which was very spacious and well equipped. Good breakfast too!

I can't give 5 stars as the mattress was to hard for us but great room, great breakfast and great location. Car parking is an issue in Bath but hotel has a solution so that was all easy Thanks again Philip

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback we are glad you enjoyed your time overall. We are one of the only hotels in the city which offer off-site car parking at £11 per day. As Bath does prove very difficult for parking! We hope to welcome your return again soon. Regards Eve

The hotel is in the heart of Bath so perfect for sightseeing. Lovely clean rooms with very comfortable beds. The staff are really helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is first class and cooked to order and the staff are happy to recommend nearby restaurants for evening meals. We would thoroughly recommend this charming hotel.

In the heart of the city centre, a lovely period building, tastefully modernised and furnished. Outstanding customer service, good choice of breakfast, bar open to 11pm. Parking available close by, Charge for parking permit but well worth it. Just such a nice place and an efficient, well run Hotel. Was not tempted to use the hot tub on a wintry...

This was a charming hotel and the people were all very helpful and nice. They made suggestions for the type of meals we wanted, made reservations, and called us a taxi when we checked out. Secure, clean and well appointed. Free DVDs to choose from. Tasty breakfast and a quaint lobby bar. Very friendly!! A bit of noise on the...
