Stayed here earlier in the year as it was so handily located in the centre. do not take any rooms at the front if you want any sleep! nice reception staff, room was a bit dated, nice enough continental breakfast. handy bar underneath apart from the noise!!!!

Having looked for cheaply priced accommodation for 3 in the centre of Bath, I booked this venue. However, the reviews I read made me anxious that perhaps I’d chosen badly. But NO!... this was all we needed! An easy 5 minute walk from the bus and train stations and although we arrived in the morning, our room was ready, which...

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was a bit small and the lighting wasn't that great. I had a room with shared bathroom facilities. The bathrooms were a little cramped and the step up into the bathroom is a little dangerous (there are signs). The breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect!!!

One of the worst, possibly the worst hotel we have ever stayed in given the extortionate cost. The room was small, dark and cramped with only one chair. There were no bedside light, only one central ceiling light which itself was obscured by the bed. This meant having to stumble across the room in the dark to get into bed....

I can not speak highly enough of this bed and breakfast establishment which really is ideally situation for sight seeing, shopping and just generally having a lovely time in a beautiful city. Literally a slow 5 minute walk from the train station The Park Parade offered us a lovely welcome to include some help with our bags should we so...

This hotel is next to a sleazy, horrendously loud, very late opening club. Be very careful which room you book - if you must stay here insist upon one at the back of the building and a couple of stories up. Rooms at the front of the building are incredibly noisy. We had the extreme misfortune to be in the...

Really disappointed, bath is not cheap on a weekend but £135 for a bare room, word, uneven carpets, bathroom from a bedsit and cold and drafty. Complained but they were fully booked so couldn't be moved ...room nothing like on the picture on their website (but very like the one I've posted!).

Perfectly situated hotel. About an 8 minute walk to Bath Spa Railway Station and a couple of minutes walk to the heart of the city centre. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was your typical continental style, it was good! Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is like a b&b from the '80's - and I don't mean that in a derogatory way... Yes, it's a bit tired, and the decor is a bit threadbare and basic, and the breakfasts are nothing to write home about, but it's clean, comfortable, great central location, has great views, and the staff are so friendly and helpful,...

I rang the hotel to enquire about the availibilty, and i was quite surprised by the uncourteousness of the hotel staff. The first time they put the phone down on me half way through the converstaion. Next time i rang, and they hung up on me. Dont expect this from a 3 start hotel.
