Stayed for one night only. Reception was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is, um, quirky, it being a row of houses converted into a hotel. We were surprised to find ourselves in a suite rather than a room, very roomy, central location. The only issue was the TV not working in the morning, but as we were on our...

My wife and I were vacationing in the UK for 2 weeks, 2 nights of which were at the Parade Park in Bath. The staff could NOT be friendlier or more helpful, the breakfasts were delicious, their instructions helpful, their cocktails and beers were tasty and perfectly made. The room was immaculately clean, the hotel extremely well kept, and the...

We stayed overnight on a Saturday. Good points, location, amount of breakfast and er............well that was it. Our room was at the front of the hotel, the road being noisy and room over the bar area. Very noisy at midnight, but good views over the park oposite. The room had a comfy bed (4 poster) but the room was tired...

I stayed here for two nights between 31 May - 2 June 2013. I had a small (very cosy!) double room on the 2nd floor (no lift) overlooking the Parade Gardens and river beyond. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice view. It was a little noisy at night from the bar below but did not spoil my...

We stayed here for two nights during a vacation from the USA to the UK. My wife forgot the TripAdvisor advice to ask for a rear room, and each night we were awakened numerous times by departing patrons of the bar downstairs saying goodbye loudly and long. The room itself was small but adequate, the breakfast was good. The best...

We had an awful room located right on the street. The windows had huge gaps in them between the wood, allowing cold air in the room. We had to ask for a space heater it got so cold. We could see the other window where presumably another guest had tried to block up some of the gaps with paper. The...

The hotel description fails to tell you is the hotel is next door to a night club. We got back to our room at 11:30pm and was woken on several occasions by the taxi drivers, mini buses, and general noisy party goers coming and going. It's obviously also the smoking area of the club out side our bedroom window, room...

A good clean hotel with plenty of options for continental breakfast. Our room was at the top of the hotel with no lift and plenty of stairs! it was big enough for two with nice white bedding and flat screen telly, the curtains weren't attached properly and so had to be drag across by the threads and the bathroom was...

I stayed in 2 different rooms on different floors, but the problems were the same. It’s not enough to bring in a new stylish wallpaper and a new stylish bedside lamp. A lot of the rest is old and run down. If you’ll get a room for 50 pounds it would be ok. But if they charge you more than...

We stayed in a twin room on the ground floor overlooking the busy street. It was quite noisy at times with revellers outside on the pavement and customers using the stairs to go to the restaurant underneath the room we were in. nb no lift stairs only. On saying all of that the staff were attentive & kind the room...
