We booked two night here for a weekend in Bath. The location is excellent as you are so close to everything. Fiona, who we met on reception gave us a rear facing room on the third floor so we would get a good nights sleep. It certainly worked as we slept brilliantly both nights.

We arrived early and the manager was so lovely that she allowed us early access to our room as we had afternoon tea booked. Ring in advance and speak to the manager - you will find her very helpful
