My husband and I have been fortunate to be able to go to this beautiful island and have stayed mostly in Vineyard Heaven at friends homes however this year we decided to stay at Edgartown at a bed and breakfast owned by Nan and it was a wonderful, experience. Anywhere you stay at The Vineyard is beautiful.

We visited as a family of three adults and were welcomed by friendly staff. The triple room we had booked was rather small and would be more suitable as a double room. The additional bed was a put-you-up with no headboard which was uncomfortable. However, the experience as a whole was pleasant. The breakfast was lovely and the choice was...

The Edgar Townhouse is situated in a very nice location within walking distance to the city center. Parking is possible in the street with a parking voucher of the hotel. The room we booked was heading to the back with a nice fireplace and was very calm. A nice breakfast is served in a cosy breakfast room. Something that we...

The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is outstanding with buffet options and also a full hot breakfast cooked to order. Location excellent with everything within walking distance. I had a single room which could do with refurbishment. While the room overall was clean and the bed comfortable, the carpet was sufficiently dirty it required replacing. When the...

This is a well-situated B and B walking distance to the abbey, baths and shopping. We chose the most reasonably priced rooms, which were on the top floor and quite a hike up. We had a nice view out back, though our sons' view out front was obstructed by the edifice. Rooms were decently sized and comfortable. We had a...
