We happened to arrive during an Open day. This seemed to affect the service. Having never been to Bath, my friend and I had arranged a weekend trip staying here for one night. The price was more than I had expected for a night on a university campus to be. But having never stayed on a university campus... I figured...

If you're coming to Bath outside of the academic term & keen on a city centre venue but can't bring yourself to join the YHA - then try the university halls at John Wood. Double ensuite (access to shared kitchen) or if you're quick a flat with own kitchen diner. Tea & coffee, towels & fridge available. OK it's basic...

I stayed in the Quads accommodation for two nights. They are modern, good value and comfortable enough. They come with free wifi and TV and mood lighting, which was unique. The beds are a little hard. We ate at the Lime tree which has good value and yummy food during the summer. If you are looking for cheap, ensuite accommodation...

Affordable accommodation in Bath for single travelers. My friend and I had both a single room for 2 nights. The building is new with accessible access for wheelchair users. The rooms have TV, Wifi, en-suite with a modern and functional twist. The car park is free Sat. & Sun. The breakfast is OK; I don't eat bacon and sausages but...

Affordable and gives you a bed for the night, but rather clinical, cold and run-down. I've stayed in lots of other University accommodation that was simpler but better maintained, better managed, had more character and was cheaper. Things just weren't working properly, ie no heating, doorlocks malfunctioning, TV broken etc. One extra star for the student staff who did their...

Stayed 1 night for a friends wedding.Bath seems to be a very expensive city for hotels so the low price at the university was welcome. Room was basic but clean and shower and toilet were clean. Used the bus to go into Bath, very convienient. Breakfast was good with a good choice. Plain and simple room, recomended.

My wife and I stayed for three nights, whilst volunteering at the Modern Pentathlon in Bath. It was very convenient for the event and also if visiting Bath. Accommodation was a little disappointing, being plain (no pictures on walls), but comfortable with good facilities, tv, telephone, lots of power sockets, powerful shower. The beds had plastic mattresses, with a single...

We went onto booking.com to look for a hotel with a pool .. and Bath University come up.. why not we thought? At £90 a night it should be ok we thought. Parking was about a quarter of a mile away (and pay and display) and although we did not have many bags we had to walk in the rain....

Wife and I in Bath for a friend's birthday party and just needed a bed for Saturday night. We had previously visited an open day at the university, so were aware of the accommodation. While expectations weren't overly high, there are a number reasons why I would mark this down and the main ones are: Booking confirmation states the guest...

I stayed for the night at the University after a presentation at one of the University facilities. Having stayed on several University campuses I was not expecting a 5 star venue. I made the booking for convenience and because the cost was far less than other venues in Bath. I would stay again if in the area. Clean, modern, basic...
