Excellent accommodation with a first class breakfast,very accommodating very clean,only a short walk from Bath city center (approx 1mile 20 mins) Highly Recommended. every thing you need for your long W/E or holiday in Bath.

the guest house is located on top of a hill in walking distance from the town centre (Yet, there is a bus stop nearby for those who want to spare the physical exercise). What a find. Lovely B&B very clean. Kelvin clearly prides himself on attention to detail and as such as a guest you want for nothing. Breakfast was excellent, beds soft and luxurious we will be back and throughly recommend.

We booked all 3 rooms as a family weekend stay and were not disappointed. Very welcoming B & B, we were greeted at the door a true gentleman, rooms are very clean and comfortable. I found Number 10 Guest on house the visit Bath website. After reading those reviews, plus the ones here on TripAdvisor, I was convinced this was the right place to stay and we were not disappointed. What a lovely place to stay. My wife and I stayed here for the weekend and had a great time.. We stayed in the upstairs en suite room, which had truly stunning views over Bath. Fantastic guest house. Easy to find and great location, just an easy 20 minute walk down the hill to Bath city centre. Warmly welcomed by Kelvin on arrival. Nothing is too much trouble. Number 10 Guest House is a small friendly Bed & Breakfast, situated on the edge of the village of Bathampton, approximately 1 mile from the centre of the beautiful city of Bath. The property has 3 double bedrooms, One on the first floor with a king size bed, a modern en-suite bathroom and fabulous views over the Avon valley to Solsbury Hill made famous by the singer Peter Gabriel. The other two rooms are on the ground floor and have double beds with hand wash basins. These two bedrooms share an exclusive modern bathroom on the ground floor. An English cooked breakfast is served in the conservatory on the ground floor which has stunning views over the Avon valley. There is a large paved parking area in the front of the property so please drive in if you are arriving my car. The centre of Bath is a 20 minute walk either directly on the A36 or along the pretty Kennet & Avon canal. ... more   less
