First time working away in Bath, found this hotel located not too far from my meeting, absolutely delighted with the customer service, my hotel room and the high standard of room service received whilst staying here. I never have cash on me so the new "Uber" taxi facilities locally are most convenient as was able to sort a taxi out...

My husband and I stayed for just the one night but will definitely be going back. It was a 'Sunday night special' and proved to be excellent value for money. Our executive room was very spacious and it was the little things that made the difference - like the motion sensitive nightlight in the bathroom and the bottle of fresh...

Stayed in an Executive room in the new wing and was slightly disappointed at first at not staying in the main house, until I saw the room....wow.....lovely room with huge bathroom. The evening meal was great with very attentive staff. The breakfast in the morning is just what was expected - a nice buffet job......close to bath and will visit...

Last weekend was my son's wedding and the guys at Bailbrook House did us proud. The venue is great: a big country house extended tastefully to a large hotel with extensive grounds. People make hotels and the guys at Bailbrook House are second to none, they were delightful to work with, nothing was too much trouble. Special mention must go...

Night away treat from family for golden wedding. Afternoon tea superb and evening meal in the cloisters very special. Shocked at the price of the wine!! £36!!! Slightly disappointed with the size of the bathroom, my arm rested on the loo roll which promptly fell on the floor and needed grubscrew tightened. All staff attentive and friendly without exception. Breakfast...

Dear 983 Graham, May I thank you for your kind and helpful feedback. I am sorry to hear about the toilet roll holder and car park access. We do have marked assisted spaces at the top of our car park and will happily make a space private nearer the reception on request. We hope that we may do that next...

Bailbrook House Hotel gives the impression of being a high-end establishment. In many ways, it is, but in too many other ways, it felt to me as if it falls a little short. Good points: - Very professional and friendly welcome at Reception - the very best 'first impression'. The receptionist accompanied me to my room and I soon realised...

Dear Julie L, May I thank you for your helpful feedback following your stay here at the weekend. I am pleased that many areas of our service met with your approval and of course disappointed to read of our shortfalls in bar service. Regrettably we cannot connect the two buildings due to the Grade 2 listing of Bailbrook House which...

We had one of the feature rooms in the old party of the hotel. It was luxurious and well appointed. It's worth paying extra for these rooms. Breakfast in the cloister was all we hoped with a wide selection of quality food. Dinner in the cloister restaurant was perfect re quantity and quality. The staff were of course attentive and...

Excellent location for exploring the wider area. Huge choice for breakfast and tentative staff on hand for any requests. Rooms are very large and have lots of amenities, my only gripe would be the water pressure was too low for the rain shower head, luckily I have a minimal amount of hair otherwise it would have took a while to...

Only had one night in this very good hotel on the occasion of a reunion old friends. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable - ours was not in the old house.
