We only had a short stop in Bath, but are so glad we stayed at Bailbrook House (don't mistake it with Bailbrook Lodge, next door!!) Upon check in all the staff were extremely helpful and efficient, the hotel grounds and gardens are stunning and lobby, bar, lounge and restaurant are tasteful and inviting. Our room was quiet, comfortable and spotless,...

I spent last weekend here on a flying visit to Bath. we couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised with the hotel, as it was booked 'blind'. Our room was in the modern annexe, but was large and very comfortable. In fact, I have never slept in a more comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent, and we had a superb, top...

The hotel consists of an old manor house section and a brand new bedroom wing with large gardens. Whilst walking into Bath is easily doable, it's probably easier to take the bus from just down the hill from the hotel or even pop into town on the boat which is a 10 minute walk away from the hotel. Staff were...

I'm staying two nights in this hotel. chose it because of its historic, country hotel aspect. however it's nothing like it. the building looks good, but inside is all modern corporate. room is standard. what is really disappointing is the hospitality. which is non existing. most staffs are polite, however no initiative to provide any personal service above routine. i...

I like this hotel. It is set on lovely grounds and is a cab ride away from the centre of Bath. The staff are friendly and helpful. cabs are easy to find and the overall experience of my stay was very good. Breakfast was lovely and had a great selection of choice of food.
