My parents and I stayed at Chestnuts House in the triple room and we loved everything about our stay. The location is great, just a 10 minute walk across the bridge to the main attractions. Free parking was also a bonus and good that it was off-street. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and the bed was probably the most... More

My wife and I were in Bath for the week end for a hot air balloon ride and to spend some time at the Spa and in the many interesting shops Bath has to offer. I know Bath extremely well and find the hotels to either be very drab or extrmely overpriced (albeit high quality). On recent visits to Bath... More

We, a Dutch couple, stayed for a few days in Bath and in Chestnuts House. It was the last B&B of our UK-trip this year. Chestnuts House is great. An excellent, complete bedroom with everything in it what a guest needs. Clean, modern, high quality. The guesthouse is situated within 10 walking-min from the centre of Bath. Henrietta road and... Chestnuts House is the nicest B&B I have stayed in. The accommodation is beautiful, immaculate, very comfortable and relaxing. Toni (the owner) made us so welcome and really went the extra mile. We had a reservation booked for a local restaurant and he offered to call them to confirm our booking. The location is perfect and is just a 10... More

Chestnut’s is ideally situated for a visit to Bath being a short flat walk to the city centre. My husband and I stayed in a standard double room on the ground floor. The room was clean and comfortable and it was nice not to have to walk upstairs, however if we were to stay here again we would pay the... More

We couldn't have asked for a better place to introduce us to the concept of a B&B. Although we have traveled fairly extensively, we had always been reluctant to stay anywhere other than a traditional hotel or motel. Our stay at Chestnuts House quickly eliminated our apprehension. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet! What more could anyone ask?... More

Chestnuts is a great place to stay in Bath - fantastic location (only a short stroll into town), very clean, free wi-fi, helpful and very friendly staff. And, Toni does a great breakfast! We recommend without reservation.

It's all been said before ... Chestnuts is a fabulous place to stay while in Bath. It's the first time we have stayed at a B& B and we were a bit worried. We shouldn't have been ! The rooms are immaculate with comfy beds, lovely bathrooms and numerous extra special touches (coffee and tea tray, fresh flowers, upscale bathroom... More
