Great welcome, room comfortable and clean everything you need, tv, free WiFi, tea & coffee, plenty of hot water. Breakfast had an excellent choice and well cooked. Ideally placed for the city centre and main attractions just a 10-15 minute walk away although up hill on the way back. We never used our car all weekend. Just a short distance...

Rooms were a good size and pleasant. Staff could have been happier and more hospitable. We didn't get much of a welcome, they just gave us our key and told us our room number but didn't show us to our room. When we left they didn't ask how our stay was, poor service.

I arrived fairly late in the evening and like other reviewers on arrival there was a note sellotaped to the door - unlike them I have no problem with this. In fact the note was written in a warm and friendly way and this set the tone for my entire stay. My room (2) was spacious warm and comfortable with...

As other reviewers have commented, we were greeted by an envelope Selotaped to the door rather than the owner or a member of staff. We couldn't contact the owner for the duration of our stay or in the week leading up to our stay. We experienced numerous issues whilst staying here which could have been avoided had the owners been...

Check in not until 16:00 but we arrived at 10:30 am hoping just to leave our bags , straight into the room no problem . It's a 15 minute walk into the city centre but for me this isn't a downside . Friendly helpful staff , lovely double room , nice morning breakfast , no faults at all

This is a high quality b&b - fittings, bathroom, beds etc very good. It is in a converted Victorian Bath stone house with character in a quiet part of south Bath. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the centre of Bath which of course is a lovely city with plenty to see and do. There is parking for...

Very nice and quiet bed and breakfast only a 15 minute walk from the city and all tourist attractions! The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious! The room was very clean and we had a nice view of the city from our window. Thank you!! :)

The purpose of our visit to Bath was to visit the Christmas market so we wanted a b&b that was fairly central and had parking as we had been pre-warned that parking in the city centre is manic. Astor House ticked all the boxes. OK, it is an uphill walk on the way back from the centre and with heavy...

We stayed here two weeks ago. It was a really cool room with a double and two singles on the third floor. As the night went on the room got colder and colder, which would have been fine for adults or older kids who could cuddle under blankets, but it got way too cold for the baby. We had to...

We stayed 4 nights in September over a long weekend. It cost 50 pp per night. There was a good choice of breakfast & staff were accommodating to our dietary requirements (my friend was on a gluten free & dairy free diet). The B & B is homely-rooms were well decorated & clean. Beds were spacious but perhaps the mattresses...
