I booked the room online and recieved seveal e-mails from Anna ( the owner)requesting unecessary information which I found very annoying. Before we even saw the room Anna requested we pay cash. Because the house is located very close to the train tracks you do hear the trains going by and as a result, I did not find the room...

Very nice experience altogether, fantastic people running it, could not do enough for you, very clean, no smokers in sight, great rooms and beds. And the free wifi was of great use with planning the rest of our holiday in Europe. Most importantly this was the best value for money that we could find in Bath in this very busy...

We booked this hotel at the last minute and could understand that we would pay a higher price but for four star service this would be ok. I can honestly say that I will never book the 1st available place that comes up without reading the small print again. I have never dreaded going to stay anywhere before but when...

We checked out this morning regretting that weI could not have stayed longer. Wonderful hosts, great beds, peace and quiet. The hosts recommended places to visit, helped to organise events and outings, did our laundry, looked after the children so that we could visit the Spa and have a dinner with friends and even gave us a lift to a...

This is not a hotel, this is B&B / guest house, with a tiny bed. No dinning room , breakfast to be eaten on your lap in the tiny bed. No choice, cold ham and cheese with cold toast every morning, awfull. Road noise when windows opened, and a very run down location, with un sightly walk to town. Go...

Roban House is a lovely Guest House situated in a quiet street. We received a warm and friendly welome and they made us feel at home straight away. The House is decorated nicely and our room was perfect for us. It was very clean and tidy with a very comfy bed. The continental breakfast was nice and always arrived right...

We consider ourselves very lucky to have found this gem. We never stay in hotels anyway as we find them so impersonal, and quite left to your own devices with learning about the new place etc. We heard of the fantastic welcome at this little guest house and that was what made up our minds. It was true, the owners...

We visited Bath for the first time and our stay at Roban House was wonderful from the moment we arrived. Anna was incredibly welcoming, making sure we were fully informed about every sight and activity Bath has to offer and was continually helpful throughout our stay. A wonderfully healthy breakfast in bed was simply an added bonus!!

Roban House was a great find on the internet. We had a fabulous time and were really looked after. Anna took care of every detail and made us feel so welcome. The rooms were very clean, bright and nicely decorated. The location was perfect for strolling into the city centre (about 10 mins walk) and not having to worry about...

We have visited a few towns in England during this holiday but at Roban House we found the best bed ever, just like our own at home. The room was also lovely, spacious and spotless with fresh roses in a vase. The hosts were most welcoming and happy to see us. The breakfast included a fantastic soya seed bread and...
