The Arimathean Retreat is the most special place I was ever so lucky to stay at. I have travelled in many different countries and stayed at all sorts of accommodations, but never it felt so much like coming home. It has a very special and harmonious atmosphere here, it is cosy and peaceful - the best place to retreat and...

I had an amazing week-long stay at the Arithmathean Retreat. It really felt like a home away from home, with a super-cosy sitting room with fireplace and a lovely garden in the backyard. My hosts, Lisehana and Cornelia, were among the most friendly and hospitable that I have met. The daily breakfast was heavenly, as every item was home-made using...

We stayed in this very unique place in June. What can we say? It was a beautiful experience in every way. We were looked after with kindness and care, the bedrooms were very comfortable and tranquil, the breakfasts were delicious - organic, fresh, fruity, and with cooked options too. The garden was sheltered, fragrant and peaceful. The lounge was a...

Although the dogs were lovely, their barking was enough...

Spent a wonderful few days here in August visiting Glastonbury and the Tor. A very special place for the traveler who appreciates an atmosphere of care and loving kindness. The most delicious breakfast! and conversation, information and attention to detail as well. Looking forward to a return visit someday to refresh and renew.
