This is the worst Premier inn I have ever stayed in due to the most disgusting and appalling attitude of several of the staff members, and I would never stay there again! From the moment i arrived, til the day i checked out, everything was totally ruined for me starting with the lady who checked me in (The Manager i...

A modern hotel on the edge of Glastonbury. Plenty of car parking and a Brewers Fayre pub next door. A good long walk into Glastonbury town centre. The room was large and clean. It was well heated, a godsend on a cold February day. The bed passed the test of being comfortable and having soft pillows. For me, this is...

Stayed the night here on our way back home from Cornwall. Room overlooked the main road but we could barely hear the traffic. Room and bathroom were clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast next door in the Brewers Fayre was fine with no issues with the food. Four months on we are still laughing about the music playing there while...

Good location and excellent value for money. Would certainly recommend for families wanting to see the attractions in this area. Room was quite hot early in the morning and the window wouldn't open. Good breakfast

Good location. Close to Clarkes village and Glastonbury. Clean rooms. Pub next door is good too. Easy to find location. Breakfast is in the pub next door, help yourself style. Morrisons not far away. Friendly reception staff.

Hotel provided great accomodation, clean, comfortable - Cannot reccomend enough for overnight B&B stays. The Brewers Fayre next door (part of the same group) should be avoided at all costs for anything beyond the breakfast. Tepid pre packaged food seems to be the standard menu and it was so disgusting the wife and kids decided to have crackers instead. Wish...

Just like all other Premier inns the rooms are standard and really quite comfortable and clean so no concerns in that department. This Inn is located quite a way from the centre of Glastonbury, a good 25 minutes on foot and not a very nice walk either, so it's reliant on car usage predominantly to get out and about. It's...

Clean and comfortable accommodation very near the shops. There are several eating places nearby and a Tescos for snacks. Quiet considering I was on ground floor very near to the road. A spacious room and a nice bathroom. I didn't eat here as I had eaten before I arrived and chose to have a porridge pot in my room

Booked for 2 rooms for3 nights. Hotel stay was quiet and staff friendly and helpful. Location good for Glastonbury Abbey, Wells and Street, where the shopping outlet village is situated. A visit to Clark's shoe museum is recommended

The only good thing is we got our money back. A view of an industrial estate (and this when Wearyall Hill is adjacent in a different direction!), a main road running by, no openable windows for fresh air, luke-warm water in the morning, too-soft beds (very difficult for my partner with disabilites to move from sitting to standing), tiny wardrobe...

Hi Wade and thank you for taking the time to review your recent visit to the Glastonbury hotel.
