Lovely staff. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good, nice gesture that the gentleman serving us asked if either of us were vegetarian (which I am) meaning additional cooked items were ready for me when I'd finished picking the rest of my breakfast. Room was very quiet. Overall a very relaxing stay

This is the second time I've stayed at this Premier Inn when visiting Glastonbury and it is easily the best one Ive stayed in. Great room, good bed and really friendly and helpful staff. Had breakfast one morning and it was excellent value for a well good cooked and extensive buffet.

So rare to be able to say this. But the room was the right temperature with no noise from the air conditioning, a comfy bed, a bath, tea and coffee making facilities, decent TV and with a lovely view in the morning of highland cattle. All for £31. We didn't eat there as we had another appointment, so cannot comment...

Superb accommodation but all the usual 'Premier Inn' dining problems ie inadequate staff and facilities for demand resulting in non availability and delays, too many undisciplined children and working men preferring it to the usual café. Just this week at Glastonbury we endured women doing each others hair and many people having had breakfast then filling their bags with croissants,...

Used the Premier Inn as our base for the Glastonbury Carnival. Great team on the front desks and immaculate spacious rooms. Hotel was quiet and well located for getting into and out of town. Plenty parking and food on site or close by in the Red Brick building

Chose this hotel for location on business trip. Arrived late, but check in was efficient. Room as usual premier inn standard, on ground floor. Went for dinner at the brewer's adjacent to the reception of the hotel. Meal was nice, although the restaurant didn't seem busy, the service was quite slow, from ordering to finishing two courses for one person,...

Lovely stay in Glastonbury! The premier inn was lovely clean and comfy! Pleased with stay, apart from not happy with food from the brewers fayre pub next door, the choice was limited for veggies, the quiche I had the pastry was hard and they did not have the new potatoes it was supposed to come with, we were not told...

Usual high standard of cleaning and beds etc. Being disabled most impressed that the receptionist mentioned noting my walking disability and ensure my safe exit in the event of a fire. Found the Chef Curry Counter to be lacking in many items despite only being 1900 with a closing time of 2000. Replenishments took a while despite 2 separate customer...

Very disappointing stay at Glastonbury this time. The road traffic noise audible in the room on the main-road side of the hotel made sleep virtually impossible. Moved to another room which was smelly and still disturbed by external noise. However, the wonderful staff did all they could to be helpful!

Hi Alex, Thank you for taking the time to review our Glastonbury Hotel. I'm sorry to read that the noise from the nearby main road disturbed your stay with us. We work hard to ensure every stay with us is perfect and so I apologise we let you down on this occasion. Thank you for bringing this to the attention...

Have now visited several Premiers in the land and in my opinion are by far the best' 'budget' hotels. Basic it's true but invariably they always offer a clean decent size room, comfortable bed and more than adequate bathroom. They seem to maintain a pretty high standard and long may it continue.
