We only stayed at this hotel for one night and it was very difficult to fault. The room was spotless with a comfy bed with the only niggle being that the bedside lights which could have been a bit brighter. Also for once a hotel bedroom with easy to reach plugs. Breakfast was very good, including the sausages which more often...

We have recently visited this hotel again at Christmas time and the warmth and charm was just as evident as last year. The food was exceptional and every aspect of service from all the staff was excellent. This historical building had been decorated with Xmas decorations in a tasteful and thoughtful manner particularly the reindeer displays. Our room was immaculate...

We have just spent two nights bed-and-breakfast at The Swan and cannot fault it in any way. We had room 54 in the Coach House which was very quiet, spotlessly clean and contained everything you needed for a short break. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept on. All the staff we met were very professional and...

We have 2 evening meals and breakfasts at The Swan as part...

A great family weekend was had by all. We stayed in one of the mews cottages. The cottage was very welcoming and tidy, the Christmas tree was also a nice touch. Even though the staff warned there were parties on in the function rooms and apologised in advance for any noise - we heard nothing. The Santa experience was well...

Great looking Hotel with a nice cat in residence Visited this Hotel on a Saturday in December and found Hardly any staff could speak English. They charge like a wounded Bull for a breakfast and let's be honest, it was just ok. Over priced food and rough staff, unfriendly management also
