Well what can I say. After reading Lindsey L's review I totally agree with her comments. We must have stayed in the same room, the stale smell of smoke was horrendous, made us cough until we were nearly sick. We didn't bother to complain as it was for one night only and hotel was full, so nowhere else to accommodate...

Stayed overnight a few weeks back since a friend had their wedding there. Would not recommend this place to anybody. £75 for B&B for a hot, dirty, tired room and poor quality food at breakfast and the evening buffet. Reception we're rude when we complained about the state of the room and wouldn't move us. Recommend you stay elsewhere.

Stayed in a twin room for 2 nights while visiting Keele for a university graduation. Located right in front of train station. Nothing much in the surrounding area. Room and bathroom are ancient, but spacious. Creaky floors. While not the best hotel I've ever stayed at, there's nothing major that I want to point out. Except for the front desk...

Where to start..... We wanted to head to Alton Towers and saw a deal for room and park tickets from this hotel and booked it. Then we read the reviews and tried to keep an open mind. Arrived at the hotel about 13:30 and was informed we could not be checked into the room until 14:00 and were given our...

When we arrived at the hotel my partner and i were greeted by a very kind receptionist. After booking in and receiving our room key, we got up to our floor to realise the key didn't open the door, we were told something along the lines of problems with storage keys ( cant remember exactly). When we got to our...

I really cannot say just how bad this place really is. I guess you should look at my pictures which really give a good idea of the filth in this hotel. We felt dirtier after showering, the bed was disgusting as you will see when looking at the pictures. We did speak to the duty manager who literally shook in...

My partner and I stayed here a few weeks ago and it wasn't the best hotel we've been to. Not the worst either but still... The room was like a sauna, which seemed to be because the main hot water pipe went through it! The night receptionist did supply a small fan, which didnt really help cool it down. The...
