A wonderful couple of days at the Oak Farm Barn. Wonderful attention to detail in our room with everything that you would need. Great hospitality from Tracy and Jack who could not have done more or been more helpful. A lovely place to stay as not far from a couple of good pubs and a short trip into Bury. Nice...

Perfect Stay Fantastic proprietors (Tracy and Jack) as soon as you are met by them they make you feel at home. The rooms are very comfortable and your breakfast, well this needs no explaining, all you can possibly want is on hand, all fresh and cooked to order, and plenty of it. My sister who resides in Canada was visiting...

It was perfect - beautiful building in a fabulous rural situation and yet close to Bury St Edmunds and within easy travelling distance to the Suffolk coast. We had the upstairs room, which was lovely and there are 2 more rooms on the ground floor if mobility is a problem. Our room was near the guest lounge/breakfast room and we...

Fantastic accommodation, with a warm and friendly welcome. Set in a quiet country lane , our room was downstairs and was comfortably furnished. Outside we looked out at fields with sheep and a llama ! The chickens woke us each morning, which was a first for me!! Breakfast was delicious, and everything you could want to start the day. Lovely...

My husband and I stayed here for two nights over the recent Easter weekend. We got stuck in very bad traffic so liaised with Tracy to keep her updated on our arrival time as she does not live on site. As the time got later and later she rang us and very kindly offered to provide us with dinner should...

Pleasant one night stay at Rougham in an Elizabethan style converted barn house with modern convenience. Very comfortable bed, nice decor and quality furniture; clean, neat, well organized. We received a nice welcome, a good night's sleep and superb breakfast. Quiet place, plenty of parking space. Will probably stay here again.

My wife and I have stayed here several times and every time a great experience. The secret to success here is Tracy who is a superb host. Always smart, efficient and such a nice person. It's slightly unusual insomuch that Tracy does not live in the barn as it is designed as a 3 bedroom B&B barn with facilities --...

We stayed one night in the upstairs bedroom of this cosy barn conversion and had a very comfortable stay. The barn itself is beautiful, and Jack and Tracey are such warm and hospitable hosts. We were welcomed with tea and a slice of cake, Jack helped us to get into town and recommended great places for us to have dinner....

Oak Farm Barn really is a very good B&B, with Tracy as a marvellous host. We were welcomed with tea and very nice cake, and shown to our lovely well furnished and clean room. Breakfast is fresh and tasty with eggs from their own chickens. I'm not easily impressed, but I'm very impressed by everything about Oak Farm Barn. We...

We stayed overnight a couple of weeks ago and the host Tracey couldn't have been more helpful, check in was relaxed. The room was very nice, the shower was great and the bed very comfy. Tracey did your breakfast in the morning and catered very well for me as I am Gluten & Dairy Free, she has Gluten Free Sausages...
