Pleasant one night stay at Rougham in an Elizabethan style converted barn house with modern convenience. Very comfortable bed, nice decor and quality furniture; clean, neat, well organized. We received a nice welcome, a good night's sleep and superb breakfast. Quiet place, plenty of parking space. Will probably stay here again.

My wife and I have stayed here several times and every time a great experience. The secret to success here is Tracy who is a superb host. Always smart, efficient and such a nice person. It's slightly unusual insomuch that Tracy does not live in the barn as it is designed as a 3 bedroom B&B barn with facilities --...

We stayed one night in the upstairs bedroom of this cosy barn conversion and had a very comfortable stay. The barn itself is beautiful, and Jack and Tracey are such warm and hospitable hosts. We were welcomed with tea and a slice of cake, Jack helped us to get into town and recommended great places for us to have dinner....

Oak Farm Barn really is a very good B&B, with Tracy as a marvellous host. We were welcomed with tea and very nice cake, and shown to our lovely well furnished and clean room. Breakfast is fresh and tasty with eggs from their own chickens. I'm not easily impressed, but I'm very impressed by everything about Oak Farm Barn. We...

We stayed overnight a couple of weeks ago and the host Tracey couldn't have been more helpful, check in was relaxed. The room was very nice, the shower was great and the bed very comfy. Tracey did your breakfast in the morning and catered very well for me as I am Gluten & Dairy Free, she has Gluten Free Sausages...

We have just returned from a stay at Oak Farm Barn and we can only say it was absolutely amazing. Such a beautiful barn tastefully restored. We had a very warm welcome with a cup of tea made for us, with biscuits, and we instantly felt comfortable and at home. The rooms were all so nice. Our room was immaculate...

After a 4hour plus drive, a very warm welcome was received from Jack, my host. Very obliging from the outset. Gorgeously decorated, quaint, home from home yet luxurious, B&B. Rooms very well decked out, clean and impressed with every little attention to detail you could want: tissue box, bed side torch, China mugs, blankets, hot warm bottle, lovely fluffy towels,...

We stayed at Oak Farm Barn this weekend and found the accommodation delightful. A lovely old converted barn in a peaceful rural location. Breakfast was one of the best I've had at a B&B. Tracey and Jack were super welcoming and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.
