The food is always amazing here. The service is attentive and polite. There is always a very friendly atmosphere in The Fox. Children are well catered for and made to feel welcome. The scallops with bacon were absolutely amazing! I could have eaten that over and over. I like to try new things when I'm out but I do confess...

I run a monthly business breakfast with about 20 - 25 attendee's every month. The Fox hosts us every month and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Numbers can change at a moments notice and the guys never complain when this happens and for this reason as well as the great food service, I wouldn't think about going anywhere else.

I would highly recommend this Old English Inn. The food was very tasty and the portion sizes generous. Very attentive service, checking we had all we needed without being obtrusive. We will definitely be back.

Geat pub for Sunday lunch ; the menu is fairly limited but good. Friedly staff, efficient service, comfortable seating. Fair price and even fairly good coffee after the meal (fresh tasting plunge coffee, perhaps a little weak for my taste but better than most.
