Just returned from a 2-night stay at High House while we explored the area. Sarah made us very welcome with a pot of tea straight away in the lounge. The bedroom was very comfortable with a very nice en-suite. The stairs are incredibly steep but as the house is over 500 years old it has it's quirky features. The breakfast...

Just returned from a 2 night stay at this amazing 15th century farmhouse and cannot praise it high enough. Sarah and Tim were excellent hosts and go out of their way to make you welcome, suggesting places of interest to visit, breakfast was delicous and my gluten free diet very well catered for even without prior warning. Anyone staying will...

Despite it being harvest time at this busy working farm, Sarah made us very welcome from the off, with tea and biscuits in the garden. The rooms were very comfortable and packed full of character (parts of the house are 14th century), our only slight gripe would be the shower attachment in the main bathroom - as is so often...

Friendly, clean and comfortable in a beautiful area. The family were very helpful and even carried our luggage to the room for us and offered us a drink and cake on arrival. They took the trouble to make sure the wifi was working properly for us. The breakfast was well cooked and tasty. There is a sitting room for guests....

What a beautiful house and very quiet location. The rooms are very spacious and everything is very clean and fresh. Hosts were very pleasant and welcoming. The steep stairways was a bit challenging but we could use the main one as the family room was not in use after the first night. The whole house has a calming atmosphere, very...

The B&B rooms are in one wing of a fine old farmhouse, in a very quiet location. There's a pleasant sitting room that guests can use, with TV, games etc (as well as TV in the room). The room was comfortable, I found the owners very friendly and helpful and would definitely stay again.

Excellent breakfast, very comfortable night's sleep, charming bedroom with lots of personal touches, modern bathroom and guest sitting room. Sarah and Tim very friendly and helpful, we were greeted with tea and home made cake on the lawn. There were some delicious and...

We sayed here while attending a wedding nearby and could not recommend it enough. It's a beautiful house in a peaceful country setting. The rooms have a homely feel and are very comfortable. The full english breakfast was great and the hosts very friendly and warm. Would definitely stay here again!

On a spontaneous trip to Suffolk: I called High House which I spotted on a Google search (dog friendly B&B's). Not only was this beautiful farm house dog friendly but human friendly too. On arrival the owner greeted us with a pot of tea and home made yummies! We stayed in the most adorable double room with beautiful views of...

Spent two night here for a brief explore of central Suffolk. The owners were very friendly and had tea and biscuits on the garden table for us as soon as we arrived. Staying for talk to us and answer or questions and most importantly come up with some good recommendations as to where to eat that night. Breakfast was a...
