Hotel is about 4 miles from Dorking set down a long private road in beautiful surroundings. Building is very old and very impressive to look at as you approach. Room was clean comfortable but average in size and didn't stand out versus other hotels I have stayed in. Bed was comfy but room was very hot (as was whole hotel)...

Lovely old buildings with modern touches on fantastic grounds. Staff very friendly and helpful on both reception and in the restaurant, restaurant lacked atmosphere as no music so felt a bit awkward and stuffy at times. Spa was ok, clean but sadly ruined by children jumping in and out of the pool and splashing and screaming. Rooms nothing special but...

We stayed here for 2 nights for my 30th birthday / valentines and had an amazing room! The receptionist wished me a Happy birthday at check in, which really made me feel special. we were taken to our room and our luggage was taken up for us. our room did not have a number it was a named room, the...

We came for an overnight stay and our first impressions were the stunning grounds the hotel is set in. From the minute we arrived the service was great, always with a smile and always helpful if we needed anything. There was a wedding on the day/night we were there, but it was very well handled and we didn't feel like...

My boyfriend and I stayed as part of their weekend valentines package. The house was beautiful and had clearly been re decorated, the decorations were gorgeous and in keeping with the historic feel of the house. We were shown to our room on arrival by the butler, and given a bottle of Prosecco on ice with Truffles. The room was...

The Beautiful Hotel looks amazing when you arrive and is excellently decorated inside, the reception lady was polite and even when we were clearly given the wrong room ( no bath ) she moved us quickly. There was a wedding taking place so it was very busy however no tables were being cleared in the bar area and you couldn't...

I recently stayed at this hotel as I've been working in the area for some time, usually staying at another hotel that was on this occasion fully booked. Having also stayed at De Vere in Horsely (which looked lovely in photo's but dreadful in person) I was a little hesitant to book, especially as for the price it seemed a...

The hotel and grounds are beautiful. Staff is friendly and facilities are great. My only issue was being charged an extra £10 for the night to use a travel cot that'd cost no more than £30 brand new. After paying for a family room it seemed like an unnecessary charge. We've stayed in hotels all over the world and haven't...

What an amazing venue. This is a beautiful hotel and if you are considering getting married I urge you to check this place out. The room looked magical. The bedrooms were lovely, clean and spacious. The bathroom was modern and again very clean. We are here over the two days and the standard of food was very high. Enjoy your...
