I was very much looking forward to my stay at the Guildford harbour hotel. I was looking forward to this modern hotel in the town centre with spa facilities. It was only this evening whilst checking my booking confirmation that I noticed the small print, the use of the spa is an extra charge of £10 per person at the...

Situated comfortably close to the Gildford center this modern hotel offers nicely furnished and decorated rooms to its mostly young customers; a cosy and lively bar is also a key feature and staff are genuinely friendly. Price would have been more reasonable if breakfast-inclusive.

Nice hotel. Rooms vety nice comfy beds. Spa wirh gym was good. Breakfast was nice. 8.80 for one glass of wine is a bit much. Each time i have stayed i book breakfast. The good news is that the staff are great, the location perfect for events at G live or central Guildford, & the parking underground & secure. The hotel has had a recent makeover and looks great but is a triumph of style over substance, lighting in bathrooms is impossible for the ladies doing makeup & no decent mirror in bedroom....

myself and my partner have stayed here twice recently, check-in was prompt and both times the rooms were very clean - the bathroom is lovely, there is a bath and shower which is unusual - it was nice to have a choice. There was no remote in the room the second time we stayed but the manager on shift knocked...

This hotel continues to please and it's location is excellent for the town centre. Staff are helpful and friendly and the rooms are comfortable. I didn't eat this time but since the refurb, the facilities are better laid out. The only issue I had (rm 155) was the plumbing - controlling water temperature wasn't easy.

If you want to be in the middle of Guildford this is the place. Clean and tidy, in good condition. Rooms are a reasonable size, parking available at a pretty reasonable price (for Guildford anyway). The bar is nice. Its more than you would like to pay but Guildford is pretty much London prices.

Lovely hotel and really comfortable Check in was a little disappointing. No info on breakfast, also didn't ask to take my credit card. No biggie just frustrating Feedback for the really nice spa and gym... those metal fobs that rattle against the locker keys! Change them, when people put the band round their wrist then proceed to run on the...

Recently stayed for one night only. The hotel itself is lovely, great decor and modern. The bar had a lot to offer and had a good atmosphere. I felt the service desk could have been a little more helpful, especially when you're paying for a service. They weren't as smiley as I'm used to staying in hotels and when I...

Hotel is in great location at the top of the High Street We stayed recently for 6 nights and except a cobweb that was missed everyday it was spotless. Rooms are a resonance size and have safe, TVs and free wifi. Don't miss the bookcase in the bar! Unfortunately the hotel gets let down by the attitude of the bar...
