Room and bathroom was absolutely spot on as well, this place sells itself short, much better than what you see online, very...

I spent four nights there whilst my wife was in the RVI Hospital and the room quality and cleanliness was first class. The breakfasts were very good, you could get yourself coffee at any time in either of the two lounges and it is close enough to walk into the city centre very easily (and I am 75).I will stay...

We stayed here for two nights with seven others. Great staff, great value, and the rooms are good for the hotel star rating. The included breakfast is good also. I would recommend and we would all stay here again next time we're in Newcastle.

Always enjoy Newcastle. I'm only from Middlesbrough myself. But it's always great to visit. Really need to discover more here. Lots of restaurants, bars, clothing shops. Great places for entertainment.

Came here with my husband and our 2 friends. The gentleman who greeted us was very nice and helpful. Our room was ok the room was spacious the only problem I had was the toilet and shower room was a bit small. The breakfast was ok but the 2 ladies who served us were very friendly. Would definitely stay here...

Just got home from staying here. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. Always going out there way to help you booking taxis and just overall chatty and friendly. Would stay here again in Newcastle Close to the town centre and and bars and clubs.

Really smashing place. Not lap of luxury, but everything clean and comfy. Rooms are small, but there's a hairdryer, sink, tv etc. Not en suite, but there are enough bathrooms. There's a couple of lounges you can make tea in, and the breakfast was fabulous. All in all, 10/10
