Booked this "hotel" for one night whilst visiting friends. Couldn't book anywhere nearer due to all hotels being booked up due to the Rugby World Cup. "Hotel" is not how I would describe it, it's a beautiful Manor House set in 4.5 acres. Upon arrival you enter a large reception area that's not sure what's it meant to be, there's...

Great staff, good continental breafast, nice room, quiet garden, convenient transport. The only shortcome is the thin wall in the room we stayed (twin room), the sound of the other room can be heard by us which is very awkward.

We stayed on a Sunday after a last minute decision and got a great deal on generic hotel last minute web site. Room number 5 - four poster with ensuite huge double sized bath. Separate dressing room as well. The bedroom was huge with views of garden. Peace and quiet after a manic weekend

My husband booked this lovely guest house as a last minute treat for my birthday. Beautiful building set in wonderful gardens. The room was massive with a huge en suite and even a wonderful dressing area. Very high standard of cleanliness comfortable bed (four poster) the public areas have some beautiful furniture and it feels very opulent. Excellent continental breakfast...

My husband & I stayed here overnight on our drive throughout the UK. Very warm welcome by Leo the cat & concierge! David and Anthony were fantastic hosts. The rooms were exceptionally clean and without doubt the most comfortable bed on our entire month long trip. Fantastic value for money, I would highly recommend this B&B.

What an experience! We stayed in the four poster suite, the room was bigger than the downstairs of my house! Large dressing room, big corner bath, double shower and a ridiculous amount of wardrobes! it was beautiful. the hotel is situated on some lovely grounds too, loads of quirky ornaments and collectibles to see. will definitely be going back!

I stayed here on an over-nighter whilst on business and my only regret is that I didn't stay longer! The house is beautiful with lovely opulently kitsch decor. My colleague and I booked double rooms with en-suite and they were HUGE! Bathrooms were bigger than some hotel rooms I have stayed in and everything was spotlessly clean. The gardens are...

We booked this hotel on the strength of the good reviews, wish we hadn't! Good staff yes but let down by very limited breakfast, no bar, poor parking but worst of all our room was very noisy. Noisy workmen in the morning, walls paper thin and horrible creaking floorboards, very disappointed.

Booked this bed and breakfast for an overnight stop on our way home from a holiday in Scotland. So pleased we found it. Warm welcome from our host, great room, lovely decor and surroundings and very quiet at night. Superb continental breakfast too. Neighbouring italian/tapas bar was only a short walk away and also very welcoming. Would definitely stay here...
