Terrible parking, real tight squeeze at the back. Just read another review that said they were given a parking permit, we weren't offered anything like that but we had managed to park in the hotel's reserved spaces. The room was comfortable and had large bathroom with shower over bath. The man on reception was very attentive and when our taxi...

Pleasant staff, nice clean rooms that are small but we'll equipped. Excellent breakfast and overall represents very good value for accommodation close to the city. Parking is limited but staff kindly supplied a parking permit free of charge.

Stopped here twice in the past couple of months and both stays have been easy and enjoyable. Good local transport links to the city and coast and also plenty of places to visit in the local area. Young lady checked me in and was very pleasant and I think she remembered me from last time which shows they are attentive....

I recently stayed at the Osborne and enjoyed my time there. The staff were very friendly. I was particularly impressed by the fact that they had allocated me a room in a quiet location as I had requested. The room itself was clean, modern and large for a single. The hotel is located in what Is largely a student area...

Didn't actually stay at the hotel but spent an early Sat afternoon in the spacious beer garden in a lovely area of Jesmond. This was quite a surprise and the drinks were value for money. Great lite menu and the service from the staff was good and attentive.

We were welcomed by an unpleasant old lady with no manners. I asked her for the free parking that was advertised on Booking. She pretty much barked at us. She said she wouldn't know that because she was not a driver! Hah. Then she said that at the back of the hotel there were only 5 places where we could...
