Great location for a stay in Newcastle as its straight opposite the train station and maybe 10 minutes walk from the heart of the city for restaurants and bars, the pricing is good value for money and the hotel is quiet with friendly staff, we stayed when the football had been on so the city was very busy so as...

Recently stayed at this hotel following attending a football match and night out visiting local bars. Excellent location with bars and clubs with in walking distance. The local train station is located across the road. We used the car park located in the train station to park over night. The cost seems a bit high at £23 but was unsure...

The hotel is in a great location, directly opposite the station, and it is a very impressive building to walk into. The room was clean and well presented, and so was the bathroom, although a few cracked tiles here and there could do with fixing. TV was very grainy and remote didn't seem to be working. The bed was comfortable,...

When I checked out I was charged more than I was promised over the phone, and receptionist stated it's more for a Saturday night and that I...

This hotel was located just across the road from the central train station and the staff at this hotel are very welcoming and helpful. I received amazing customer service from staff when a last minute change of plans resulted in the need to change my stay a day before the intended visit. However, I believe the staff were understanding of...

I checked in for one night as my daughter was having a birthday party in the centre. The hotel was impossible to find by car and it kept taking me to a dead end street. I was later advised that loads of people said the postcode did that! When I eventually got there I couldn't find the car park as...

A hotel can hardly have a better location but it really needs to be refurbished. Upon check in I got the hotel of California feeling. OK beds but the bathroom wasn't funny. You know that a bathroom is old when they have separate taps for hot and cold water. The hotel was quite expensive and that´s not because it's luxurious....
