Had afternoon tea as part of wowcher deal. Food was decent and well presented but very basic especially the sandwiches Lovely clean tables and hotel itself looked really nice but very quiet restaurant with u attentive staff, no one came to ask how we were doing or did we want tea refills we had to wait for the odd occasion...

Just 50 steps from the Central Train/Metro Station, you really can't get closer to transport links making this hotel perfect for short trips for business or pleasure. I stayed in an upgrade room which was very spacious and looked out over Neville Street. Water and snacks were in our rooms complimentary which was an unexpected bonus. Within walking distance to...

I think the staff make this hotel better than it really is. Most bedrooms have comfortable beds but some rooms are only just ok with many odd shaped rooms with bathrooms clearly added in but some so small they are barely acceptable. Creaky floors especially those above you and street facing rooms near a local nightclub can lead to varying...

Hotel was clean, lovely staff but dont be fooled when booking a 'standard double room' which really consists of a small double bed and not standard. There is no mention of the bed being smaller than average. We stayed in room 416 which was more like a broom cupboard very very small. Would not stay at this hotel again as...

I can't fault the hotel for my one night stay but neither did it excel. Reception staff were excellent. I didn't eat in the restaurant or drink in the bar. Breakfast offering compared with other self serve options. Outside noise was a disturbance, both late and early. I wanted a hotel near the train station...and it is!

Stayed here with a friend for the weekend. It was a very nice stay. Hotel is very clean. And was a very comfortable sleep. I couldn't hear any street noise at all. Tea & coffee facilities were excellent in room. Bed was comfy. Staff were very pleasant. Train station right across the road & shops are just around the corner....
