7 of us stayed in this hotel for the weekend. We had 3 adjacent rooms which were beautiful. The beds were super comfy and the shower was hot. Room also had an iron and ironing board and stocked mini bar Sam on reception could not have been more helpful. He directed us to where we were visiting in the City...

We booked a 'Superior Corner Room with Balcony' - all balcony rooms are on the 4th floor! We had the biggest room on the floor with a big 'L' shape balcony around both sides of our room. Room rate included Prosecco in an ice bucket in our room upon arrival and breakfast. Never stayed here before but have been in...

Just back from a two nights stay at the Indigo. Good room, great location, good staff both at the reception and in the restaurant. We did eat out for our dinner at night. The big downer was the Breakfast. my wife and I ordered the full breakfast with coffee and toast. The toast came quick enough but was just warm....

We had stayed here 4 years ago and really enjoyed it and so it was first choice for another stay in Newcastle. Originally given a disabled room which seemed to be a bonus as it was very roomy. However once we used the shower it was a disaster,as you had a choice between cold or hot but at very high...

Very nice hotel, in ideal location close to the station and walking distance of town centre and quayside. We did have one issue with a faulty shower which we reported three times before it was taken seriously. Then we were swiftly moved to another room with no difficulty. Rooms are nicely decorated and supplied with some extras such as complimentary...

My room was spacious, well decorated and immaculately clean. It was equipped with all the essentials and the Aveda products and complimentary water and snacks were a lovely extra treat. I would have preferred the option to swap the diet drinks for normal ones but reception advised they only offer healthy drinks. The hotel scored extra points for supplying a...

Stayed for two days in April. Lovely rooms and the lobby is beautifully decorated. Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only thing that let this place down was the Marco Pierre White restaurant which was overpriced - breakfast included in the room rate was disappointing. Plated rather than buffet style, small portions and we had to send ours back...

Having never stayed here before I was a little sceptical of this hotel due to its centre location, this is what makes this hotel. The location is brilliant for bars and restaurants in the city. My only negative was trying to get parked at 5.30pm but you have to expect it at that time of day. My room was spotless...

We've stayed in other Indigo hotels and always find them to be the very highest standard, spotlessly clean with well maintained contemporary decor and furnishings. Little touches like the complimentary drinks and snacks in the room just add to the experience. No problem with parking when we arrived, efficient check in and room lovely. Given it was Easter Sunday night...

We stayed here for a short visit to Newcastle. We were really happy with the hotel - great location, easy check in, clean comfortable room and nice and quiet for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was good too. If we had one criticism, it would be that the bar staff need to be a bit cheerier! We would definitely stay...
