Lovely hotel very friendly staff from reception to the housekeeping. Only downside is this is a party hotel full of stag and hens, I was down for work and found it very noisy. Obviously this is a problem outwith the hotel, just be aware when booking if your on a business trip or with family.

The hotel was in a great location and generally had all the amenities needed. However, the bathrooms could be cleaner and the staff were handing out keys to our rooms too easily. The breakfast also wasn't very good.

We stayed at the Jury's while transiting through Newcastle on our way to Hadrian's Wall. The hotel isn't fancy. But it is a good solid 3-star. They offer a bar area and large lobby. It was quiet during our visit but I could see it get loud on the weekends with partners and hen/stag parties. The location is very convenient... More

This is everything a routine business hotel should be. Clean, spacious, everything working and a good breakfast. And it's only a short walk from the train station. It's difficult to find anything else to say about it.

Staff are lovely and welcoming, rooms are very nice. Comfy beds. In a great location, right next to the night life and also the shopping area. Intu isn't far from the hotel. I would recommend staying here

Stayed for two nights, shopping trip with friends. The receptionist kindly gave us a quiet room as there was quite a few parties staying. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were great as there were three of us and some hotels provide a fold down bed. Good choice at breakfast. Great location 10 min walk from the centre... More

Stayed for one night while in Newcastle. Comfy bed and clean room, not the biggest but enough space since it was only one night. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style and was lovely. Plenty choice with loads of healthy options as well as traditional full English. Would stay here again.
