I couldn't fault the rooms or the sleep, but breakfast was.........frustrating, next door in the beefeater, it's made to order, why?! Everyone loves a buffet breakfast, albeit it was eat what you want so it wouldn't of been a problem but it...

The hotel is clean, tidy, and the staff are a credit to the company, my only concern was the staff in the restaurant who was seeing to a family members child, whilst keeping guests waiting to be seated, then she allowed the child to run around the restaurant

Stopped here when heading north on business for a stopover, good location close as not far from the A1, standard PI rooms with nice staff, co-op garage and shop near plus a MacDonald's, used the beefeater next door which was good, no complaints will use again

We wanted somewhere handy for the hospital in Cramlington and this was ideal. We had a great friendly welcome and found our room to be very clean and comfortable, lovely large towels which were changed on our second day, very good night's sleep despite being in the airport's flight path. Breakfast was very good and plentiful as was dinner on...

What a brilliant stay which was made so by the incredible staff. Sharon on reception was the most helpful receptionist I have ever encountered. She really couldn't do enough. Friendly, welcoming and willing to go above and beyond to make our stay great. Breakfast staff were lovely too. Highly recommend this great value and comfortable place

Usual premier inn value for money, ideally located with easy access to all routes, there is also a McDonald's next door if you prefer fast food. Alternatively right across the car park is a well stocked petrol staion Spar shop
