Never any nasty surprises with PI, they do a great job of maintaining a good standard wherever you stop. This PI is no exception and is very close to the A1 which gives good road links either South or North. Friendly staff, well appointed modern rooms which are comfy and have everything you need. Stayed on a Sunday which seems...

I have managed hotels in the U.S. and this hotel does a great job. We had visited the Alnwick Castle and came decided to stay in Newcastle for a better priced hotel. For the 57 pounds we spent (saved over 50 pounds not staying by castle) it was well worth it. Room was very clean (I always inspect the room...

Stayed here last week of school hols as a base to visiting Northumberland. Managed to get a good price at this one for two nights, and to be honest it had better reviews compared to others a little nearer. We were not dissappointed, a great base, a lovely welcome from friendly helpful reception staff. Our family room was modern, spotlessly...

We stopped over on the 21/08/15 at this site, I must admit we did not realise it was so close that the planes came over head at this site, we had our windows open but due too the noise of the airplanes they had too be shut, although a fan was provided it was no way big enough for cooling...

We travelled up to Newcastle for a concert at the Racecourse. This Premier Inn is just off a major roundabout with a Beefeater and MacDonalds next door. Struggled to put the address in the sat nav but knew that if we headed for the Moor Farm Roundabout we were sure to see it and we did. Its 3.3 miles to...

nice clean hotel, Helpful and friendly staff in the hotel and breakfast, however the restaurant manager is extremely rude to his staff and colleagues in front of customers. A minor mixup with a meal deal voucher and he completely blew it out of proportion. He clearly has issues, finally one of his staff went out their way to sort the...

Usual comfortable accommodation as expected from a Premier Inn. Weather hot and sultry so fan in room, plus sheets to replace the duvet were a welcome find. Fun and games with a false fire alarm, fortunately not in the middle of the night, but staff on the ball to establish the cause and to re-assure guests that it was truly...

We visit Premier Inns partly because of the consistently good value and the promise of a good night's sleep. The other night we were disturbed by a false fire alarm but there was an unfortunate disturbance afterwards which we mentioned to the staff the next day. We specifically highlighted that we weren't look for a refund for the fire alarm...

Stayed here as family with two rooms for 3 nights. Staff were friendly and very helpful, thanks Steve on duty and rest of team. Rooms were quiet, clean and tidy. Large screen TV's in both. Felt safe and car secure in parking. Good Beefeater restaurant next door, hotel breakfasts were good. Also if required there is a Mini-supermarket shop just...
